We are currently looking for a officer to work part time in Beeston Nottingham Area As a Security Officer. A current valid SIA License badge is required and CCTV. The Company sets extremely high standards, and you would be able to carry out the following as a minimum.
● A minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar environment. This is due to specific contextual and site requirements.
● IT literacy and good keyboard skills.
● Excellent customer service skills
● Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The ability to communicate clearly and precisely to a range of customers University staff at all levels, students, other members of the general public and emergency services.
● Awareness of confidentiality issues relating to the job, and to apply any new data protection laws with regards to CCTV monitoring.
● Skilled in the use of equipment such as CCTV systems and 2 way radios.
● Ability to use initiative to respond to incidents in a calm and well thought out manner.
Job Types: Part time 06:30-10:30 MON,TUE,THUR,FRI & WED 06:30-18:30 & SAT 08:00-13:00
33HRS a week.
Skills/Qualification:
· Must hold a valid SIA license/badge
· Hold a valid passport/work permit
· Must be fluent in English
