Due to growth and expansion within our team, SecuriGroupare seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Security Officer to demonstrate our values of Safety, Courtesy and Efficiencywhile ensuring the effective manning and delivery of a high standard security service.
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join the Security Team at a prestigious high-end department store in central London. Applications are sought from exceptional security professionals with the ability to provide unparalleled customer service and safety.
Working as Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an environment which is simultaneously safe, secure and luxuriously welcoming. First class customer service skills are essential, alongside efficiency, professionalism and attention to detail.
Your duties will include though are not limited to:
Ensuring the highest levels of customer care at all times
Promoting the highest standards of personal appearance
Working in partnership with all other bodies and people servicing the store
Assisting in the production and presentation of security briefings
Promoting a health and safety culture
Ensuring incidents are recorded, accurately reported and escalated through appropriate channels
Preventing and detecting theft and other crime
Requirements:
· SIA Licence
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Excellent standards of personal presentation
· Highly self-motivated
